Our special program makes our Premier American Grass Fed Beef stand out  from all other grass fed programs because we raise our cattle on a strict vegetarian diet. Our program delivers cattle free of grains, starches, antibiotics, hormones and steroids for some of the most natural meat you will ever taste.

Increasingly, people are thinking about what they are eating and how it is produced.  For beef cattle, grass is the most natural feed available.  Our Premier American Grass-Fed Beef comes from cattle that are only given a vegetarian diet with no starches or grains from a young age of 18 months making it the highest quality, absolutely no gamey taste Grass-fed Beef.

Our animals are treated humanely, raised in low-stress environments and never subjected to hormones, steroids, or antibiotics for any reason.  Our beef cattle are never fed animal by-products or grain-based feeds. Our plants are third party audited for animal welfare, handling, and food safety.

Richer in omega-3 fatty acids (the healthy fat found in salmon) that results in a more favorable omega-6 to omega-3 ratio.  A healthy diet should consist of roughly one to four times more omega-6 fatty acids than omega-3 fatty acids.  The typical American diet tends to contain 11 to 30 times more omega-6 fatty acids than omega-3, a statistic that has been considered as a significant factor in the rise of inflammatory disorders in the United States.  Research shows that Grass-Fed beef has a significantly lower ratio than grain-fed beef.


Grass-Fed beef is also an excellent source of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).  CLA is a naturally occurring fat that is commonly found in beef, lamb and dairy products and has been shown to potentially fight cancer, reduce inflammation, and improving body consumption.

Vitamin A

Higher in Vitamin A Grass-Fed beef supplies two times the beta-carotene of grain-fed beef.  A typical 3oz. serving would provide 10% of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for Vitamin A for women as compared to 5% supplied by grain-fed been (National Institute of Health Clinical Center, 2002).  When it comes to nutrition, Grass-Fed beef truly is a completely different animal.

Cooking Recommendations

Premier American Kobe / Wagyu Beef is best prepared on a low to moderate heat of indirect heat on an outside grill. The meat is more delicate and does not respond well to excessive heat. It tends to toughen the meat. We recommend a very light sear on both sides and finish on indirect or low to moderate heat. American Kobe / Wagyu Beef tends to “finish” about 35% quicker on the grill than regular beef.

American Kobe / Wagyu Beef once over cooked begins to lose its flavor and tenderness profile difference. It is recommended to be served as light Medium, Medium Rare or less. Enjoy!
